What is Thermoforming?

Thermoforming is a cost effective alternative to injection molding
for low to mid volume production without the high tooling cost.

A process which can overcome the limitations of sheet metal forming
and fabrication with materials that provide durability,
impact resistance, and cosmetic appeal.

Typical Products:

  • OEM Components - Panels, enclosures, bezels, feed trays,
    cases, etc.

  • Mass Transit - Seating, interior and exterior components.
  • Material Handling Equipment - Control panels, seating, exterior parts for vehicles, tractors, and forklifts.

  • Industrial Equipment - Shields, doors, guards, enclosures for various industrial and assembly machines.

  • Dunnage Products - Trays for storage, protection & shipment of bulk materials and components.

  • Display Products - Enclosures for Kiosks, Point of Purchase Displays and panels.

Thermoforming Materials

  • ABS - High impact and flame retardant material used in various applications for displays, panels,
    enclosures, and mass transit interiors.

  • Acrylic/PVC - Flame retardant compound with high impact and heat resistance for OEM equipment
    components.

  • HIPS - High Impact Polystyrene - Cost effective and durable for use in P.O.P. Displays, packaging
    and containers.

  • HDPE and HMW-PE - Cost effective high density and high molecular weight polyethylene compounds
used in Dunnage, exterior and material handling components for durability, impact and environmental
    resistance.

  • POLYPROPYLENE - Compounds for chemical resistance and durability in medical and process equipment.
